Stranger Pays For Struggling Mom’s Groceries, Then She’s Amazed When She Sees His Face…

There are usually two kinds of people who perform good deeds: those that do it to show the world that they are a good person and deserve recognition, and those that do it simply to help others. But a philosophical question in regards to charity is if you do good deeds to help others, that undoubtedly creates a good feeling inside of you knowing that you helped someone.

So would that mean that regardless of the meaning behind your act; doing good deeds is merely a selfish act? But sometimes the best kind of acts are those that are done anonymously. The best random acts of kindness are the ones that don’t need recognition or public praise. Here is the story about how a celebrity surprised a mother at a grocery store.

Robin McFadden is a mother of three energetic and athletic boys.

Due to the boys’ high caloric output, Robin needs to regularly fuel these boys with healthy, whole foods. So a bi-weekly trip to the grocery store is a regular occurrence and Robin has been more than accustomed to budgeting and couponing. After attending one of her son’s basketball games, the mother of three decided to take her boys with her grocery shopping.

As she entered into the Publix at John’s Creek, not only would she meet a famous comedian but also be a recipient of his kind act. As she stood in a busy line at the grocery store dealing with the craziness that is motherhood, feeding, shopping and not having enough money, a voice behind her asked ‘How much is she short?’

The voice came from comedian Jeff Foxworthy who would prove to be her savior that day. Jeffrey Marshall or Jeff Foxworthy is an American stand-up comedian, author, TV host and actor. He has been on shows such as Larry the Cable Guy, Ron White and his own sitcom The Jeff Foxworthy Show. He is currently the host of quiz show, Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?
