A Michigan man rescued his 2 infant daughters from f-ire. He rushed into his b-urning home despite not being able to see anything in front of him. Later $500,000 has been raised to help the man and his two daughters who suffered severe b-urns from the f-ire. A GoFundMe page has been created for the Ray Lucas family, to help them in their treatment.

The donation has reached nearly $500,000 in just 5 days, after the father and the two daughters suffered severe b-urns, from their b-urning home being deemed unlivable.

Ray Lucas who is just twenty-three years old lives with his wife Shi’Ann Brown and two twin daughters, who were only eighteen months old, was asleep in the basement. He left with his wife to run an errand before coming back to their home in flames fifteen minutes later. The couple’s daughters were inside the house with the relatives who were babysitting them.

Seeing the home in flames, Lucas rushed to save his children.

According to GoFundMe, the cause of the f-ire is currently unknown. The Ray Lucas family has lost everything and he is now worried as he cannot go back to work due to the extent of his in-juries.

Lucas in an interview said to Fox 2, “The house was engulfed in smoke, I saw my mom and my niece were standing at the door [without the girls] and they were frantic.”Despite the ho-rrific experience, Lucas said that he just knew that “I had to get my babies out.”
